Sue Tomte a driven woman that succeeds at just about everything she works towards, found changing her attitude about expectations on a daily basis had made a tremendous difference with how she looked at her body and her overall fitness regimen. She found consistent workouts are the key and realizing that just moving is a form of working out! She realized just working out and feeling frustrated will result simply in more frustration rather than success. Barb Gau was once obsessed with being a certain weight and risked her health to attain it. Once she began treating her body and herself with more love and respect, she found many different ways to be healthy and lose weight that felt liberating. Barb has learned many lessons in the 29 years that she has chosen to live a healthy lifestyle, including how to avoid and overcome injuries from overuse and overtraining. She also learned how to make adjustments when she began to put on some extra weight during a difficult period in her life that coincided with perimenopausal changes. |

Judy Wright underwent gastric bypass surgery nearly five years ago. Afterwards was determined to take better care of herself and to learn from the lessons that the surgery offered her. She didn’t get the support she needed from her doctor or the many groups that tended to focus more on why they were different than how to move on and become part of mainstream. She turned to herself and found the answers she needed to understand her weight and to create a new mindset about food, her body and her self. |

She made the decision to get fit as a way of life instead of as a temporary goal and she was ready to make this the last time she would have to battle her unhealthy lifestyle. |
