Dr. Karin Kratina is a noted international speaker, author and nutrition therapist whose passion has been to help those struggling with eating and weight issues. Twenty-three years of experience and an unusual education, including degrees in nutrition, exercise physiology, gender studies and symbolic anthropology, solidified Dr. Kratina's belief that diets cause more problems than they solve.
